Parish Pastoral Council Elections
My gratitude to the 5 parishioners who accepted my invitation to throw your hat in the ring to serve as an elected member of our St. James Parish Pastoral Council! Thank you! I appreciate your willingness to serve your fellow parishioners and me! Each of you are a blessing to our Parish community!
Three parishioners were elected from the 5 candidates: Thabo Hall, Craig Sherman, and Connell Youmans. Congratulations and Welcome to our Parish Pastoral Council! They will serve a 2-year term with a renewable 1-year term. Each of you bring your experience, perspective, and gifts to the Council which will assist me greatly in discerning and meeting the pastoral needs of St. James the Less. I look forward to working with you in continuing the mission of St. James – to form disciples of Jesus Christ and build the Kingdom of God in our Savannah community. God has done great work here and through our efforts, endeavors, and plans it will continue and He will bear abundant fruit in our lives and the lives of others!
