Thank you for your prayers while I was away at the Alleluia School of Spiritual Direction! It was a wonderful and grace-filled two weeks! The days were long, full, and tiring, but the Holy Spirit was ever present and worked great things in me and in all the students! January 14-27, 2024 will be my final session for the completion of the School.
I would love to begin a Spiritual Direction ministry here at St. James with a number of lay men and women offering direction for our parishioners and others in the community. Don’t be surprised if I ask you to attend this school!
School returning
This week the teachers at the school will begin setting up and preparing their classrooms to receive students on Monday, August 14th. We postponed the beginning of school because we found multiple issues which needed to be remediated to provide the best environment for our students, faculty, and staff. Now we are ready to begin a week or preparation before we launch into the school year!
Please pray for the teachers this week as they meet and prepare for the coming school year and for our beloved students and families!
